Alice leading Architecture Foundation tour of Albertopolis and the V&A Exhibition Road Quarter
May 23 2018Alice Dietsch will lead a City Crit walking tour of South Kensington from 2.00pm to 4.30pm on Saturday 2 June. The tour explore the radical transformation of the area during last two centuries.
Along with dedicated guides, Alice will take visitors to some of the district’s landmarks including the Art Deco-style Institut Français du Royaume-Uni, the V&A Exhibition Road Quarter, and a presentation of the Royal Albert Hall’s architecture and history.
The walk will conclude at the Royal Albert Hall where the group will visit a nearby cafe or bar to reflect on the afternoon’s tour.
London City Crits is a series of walking tours organised by the Architectural Foundation, exploring the past, present and future of the many areas undergoing transformation within the capital.
