This week Maggie’s celebrated three years since opening in Southampton.
Edmund de Waal curated a poetry library at Maggie’s and was in conversation with Sandy Nairne about solace, the kindness of materials and why poetry matters. He described Maggie’s as an extraordinary place of care and succour, quiet if you need it, help and support – a place where you can just sit with a cup of tea, find conversation, all in a real place of beauty.
