Amanda gave the opening address to the panel on ‘Welcoming Places; Curating Spaces’ as part of the V&A’s Museum of the Future conference.
The two-day programme bought together architects, museum practitioners, thinkers and young people from across the globe to explore cutting-edge museum developments and practices, discuss why museums still matter and consider the futures we can collectively create.
Amanda spoke about the power of architecture to drive social engagement from different communities – essential to the future museum.
