Wadham College and Maggie’s Southampton have been announced as winners in this year’s ICONIC Awards with Wadham achieving Best of Best in the category for public, health and education projects.
The awards, given by the German Design Council, are a celebration of innovative design and visionary force.
The jury commended AL_A for remaining true to the principals of Wadham College, stating that ‘old and new, tradition and progress do not stand in each other’s way in the design. Instead, they supplement one another.’
