Amanda speaks at Hay Festival 2019

Notre Dame De Paris - In discussion with Maurice Gourdault-Montagne, Patrick Marnham and Lindy Grant

On Saturday 25 May, Amanda will join Maurice Gourdault-Montagne, Patrick Marnham and Lindy Grant at the Hay Literary and Arts Festival to discuss the catastrophic fire that destroyed Notre Dame de Paris. Their wide ranging talk will look at the repercussions of the blaze and the coming moment of renewal. The panel will be chaired by Peter Florence, co-founder and director of the Festival.

Running from 23 May to 2 June the Festival boasts a range of interdisciplinary events, talks and workshops. Other speakers include John Browne, Stacey Dooley and Stephen Fry.

Amanda has previously spoken at the Hay Festival in Cartagena in January 2019, and the Hay Festival in Wales 2018.  Her talk on the renovation of the V&A and her Lisbon Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology is available on Hay Player.
